Return & Exchange Policy – TruArk


At TruArk, we are committed to delivering premium quality oversized apparel. Please read our policy before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the order is placed and delivered.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer size or product exchange under the following conditions:

* Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

* Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

* Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

3. One-Time Exchange Only

* Each order is eligible for only one exchange

  • Once exchanged, the new product cannot be exchanged again

 

4. Reverse Shipping

* Reverse pickup/shipping will be handled by TruArk (no extra cost)

* Applicable only for approved exchange requests

 

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

* Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer

* Request is raised after 48 hours

* Item is returned without original packaging

 

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

* Report within 24 hours

* Share unboxing video

* We will provide a free replacement
